- Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- A tenant or authorised to act on behalf of a tenant
- Providing accurate and truthful information
We reserve the right to refuse service where information is incomplete or misleading.
- Our Service
Our service includes:
- Reviewing your rent against available market data
- Providing a written assessment
- Outlining potential next steps
- Optional support with tribunal-related processes
We do not guarantee any outcome, including rent reductions or tribunal decisions.
- Fees and Payment
- The standard fee for a rent assessment is £99
- If your rent is assessed as fair, a partial refund of £49.50 will be issued
- All payments must be made in advance
Refunds will not be issued where:
- You provide incorrect or incomplete information
- You withdraw after work has commenced
- No Guarantee of Outcome
Our assessments are based on available data and professional judgement.
We do not guarantee:
- That your rent will be reduced
- That a landlord will agree to any changes
- That a tribunal application will be successful
- Tribunal Support
Where applicable, we may assist in preparing information for tribunal submission.
However:
- We do not act as legal representatives
- You remain responsible for any application submitted
- Final decisions rest solely with the tribunal
- Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Respond promptly to requests for additional details
- Use the service in good faith
We are not responsible for outcomes where incorrect information is provided.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

- Our total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the service

- Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period

However, by purchasing our service, you agree that:
